Terms & Conditions
The Minute: Healthcare, without the headache.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Welcome to The Minute!
We're here to make healthcare simpler, more accessible, and a little less complicated. Whether you're ordering medicines, stocking up on health essentials, or exploring our healthcare services, we're glad you're here.
Before we get started, let's cover a few ground rules. Think of these as the instructions on the medicine box, not the most exciting part, but definitely worth reading.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If something doesn't sit right with you, please don't proceed until you've understood it.
1. Who We Are (And What We Do)
The Minute is a healthcare-focused platform offering medicine delivery, healthcare essentials, wellness and personal-care products, and other healthcare-related services as made available on our platform.
Our mission is simple: less stress about healthcare, more care where it matters.
We work to make the experience convenient, transparent, and reliable. However, product availability, delivery timelines, and the services offered may vary depending on your location and operational availability.
And one important thing: our name is The Minute, not a promise that every order will arrive in exactly one minute. We're quick when we can be, but we won't ask time to break the laws of physics.
2. A Few Ground Rules
By using The Minute, you confirm that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. You will use our platform only for lawful purposes.
4. You will not misuse our platform, interfere with its functioning, or attempt to place fraudulent orders.
If you're placing an order on behalf of someone else, make sure you have the authority to do so and provide accurate information.
Please be kind to our team, delivery partners, healthcare professionals, and fellow customers. Healthcare can be stressful; being decent to each other shouldn't be.
3. Medicines Are Serious Business
1. Prescription medicines will be dispensed only against a valid prescription and subject to applicable laws and verification requirements.
2. We may request additional information or clarification before processing an order.
3. We reserve the right to reject, hold, or cancel an order if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, unclear, or legally insufficient.
4. Certain medicines may be subject to quantity restrictions, special handling requirements, or other regulatory conditions.
5. Over-the-counter products must also be used in accordance with their labels and applicable guidance.
Please don't self-prescribe. Our platform is designed to make access to healthcare easier, not to replace professional medical advice.
Always follow your doctor's instructions and the medicine's prescribed dosage. If you're unsure about a medicine, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Placing an Order
Found what you need? Great. Let's get it to you.
When you place an order, you're submitting a request to purchase the selected products or services. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or that every item is available.
Orders may be subject to prescription verification, stock availability, payment confirmation, address verification, and other applicable checks.
We do our best to keep product listings, descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. However, occasional errors can happen. If an error affects your order, we'll take appropriate steps to inform you and resolve the issue.
We may decline or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, pricing errors, or unavailable products. Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.
5. Prices, Payments & Those Extra Charges
We believe healthcare should be transparent, including the bill.
1. All prices and applicable charges will be displayed or communicated through the platform before you complete your purchase, as applicable.
2. Taxes, delivery charges, platform fees, service fees, or other applicable charges may apply and will be disclosed before checkout.
3. Free delivery is available on eligible orders of medicines, healthcare essentials, and other qualifying products worth ₹299 or more, subject to the conditions displayed on the platform.
4. Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available to you, unless cash on delivery is expressly offered for your order.
5. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons may have specific eligibility criteria and validity periods.
We won't promise a discount and then make the charges disappear into thin air. Please review your checkout summary before placing an order.
If a payment is deducted but your order fails, contact us with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
6. Delivery: We're On Our Way
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as reasonably possible.
Actual delivery times may depend on your location, traffic, weather, product availability, prescription verification, operational conditions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and any relevant instructions are accurate.
If we cannot complete delivery because the address is incorrect, nobody is available to receive the order, or reasonable delivery attempts fail, we may contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional charges or cancellation conditions may apply where disclosed and permitted by law.
We may also be unable to deliver to certain locations or fulfil certain products due to legal, safety, or operational restrictions.
We appreciate your patience. Our delivery partners are people, not teleportation devices.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Something went wrong? Let's handle it fairly.
1. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or within the cancellation window made available to you, subject to the applicable order conditions.
2. Medicines and healthcare products: Returns may be restricted for safety, hygiene, storage, and regulatory reasons. This does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
3. Incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, or missing items: Please contact us promptly with your order details and, where reasonably possible, supporting photographs or other evidence.
4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment channel or another lawful method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.
5. Failed or cancelled orders: Any eligible refund will be handled according to the circumstances, the applicable policy, and the law.
We may request reasonable information to verify a complaint. However, we will not use our policies to deny rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable law.
For the complete process and any product-specific restrictions, please refer to our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
8. Our Healthcare Services Are Not a Substitute for a Doctor
The information on The Minute: including product descriptions, educational content, wellness information, and general health-related is provided for informational purposes.
It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or personalised medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Unless expressly provided by an appropriately qualified professional through an available service, we do not provide a medical diagnosis simply by displaying information or selling a product.
We cannot guarantee that any medicine or product will produce a particular outcome for you. Individual responses to medicines and healthcare products can differ.
If you experience a medical emergency, seek immediate assistance from local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare facility.
9. Product Availability & Substitutions
Sometimes a product sells out just when you need it most. We get it, frustrating.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, but availability can change without notice.
We will not treat a different medicine, strength, dosage form, or brand as automatically interchangeable with the product you ordered. Any substitution will be subject to applicable law, prescription requirements, appropriate professional authorisation where required, and your consent where applicable.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we may offer an appropriate alternative where legally permitted, or cancel the affected item and arrange any applicable refund.
Your health comes first. Convenience comes second.
10. Offers, Discounts & Promotions
We occasionally share offers, coupons, discounts, and other delightful surprises.
Unless an offer states otherwise:
1. Offers are valid only for the specified period and eligible products or customers.
2. Some promotions may require a minimum order value or particular payment method.
3. Offers generally cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
4. We may correct errors or withdraw or modify promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued.
If an offer looks too good to be true because of an obvious technical or pricing error, please contact us rather than attempting to exploit the error.
11. Your Account, Your Responsibility
If our platform allows you to create an account, please keep your login credentials secure and ensure your account information remains accurate.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law and our security obligations.
If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or address misuse of the platform. We will act in accordance with applicable law.
12. Privacy Matters. A Lot.
Your health-related interactions and personal information deserve care.
We collect, use, store, and share personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Depending on the service you use, information may include your contact details, delivery address, order information, payment status, and prescription-related information.
We use relevant information to process orders, coordinate delivery, provide support, meet legal obligations, and operate our services.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled, the purposes for which it is used, and the choices or rights available to you.
We believe trust is part of healthcare, not an optional extra.
13. Our Website, Our Brand
The Minute's name, logo, branding, website content, designs, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You're welcome to explore and use our platform for its intended purposes. However, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Please don't impersonate our brand, misuse our identity, or create confusion about whether a product, service, or communication genuinely comes from us.
We're all for creativity. Brand impersonation isn't it.
14. Third-Party Services
Certain services may rely on third-party payment providers, delivery partners, technology providers, or other external service providers.
Their services may be subject to additional terms and policies. We take reasonable steps to work with appropriate providers, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every third-party service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that The Minute cannot lawfully exclude.
15. When Things Don't Go Exactly to Plan
We work hard to keep our platform reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Minute will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions to telecommunications, natural events, transport interruptions, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent legally permitted.
16. Updates to These Terms
Healthcare evolves. Technology evolves. Sometimes, even the fine print needs a check-up.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated version will be published on our platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent.
Your continued use of the platform after an update takes effect will be subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern, so we can try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your rights before the appropriate consumer protection authority, consumer commission, regulator, or court under applicable law.
Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provisions will operate subject to applicable law and the rights available to consumers.
18. Questions, Complaints, or Just Need a Human?
We're here to help, not just when you're placing an order.
